Built outside the job

Three different problems.
One way of thinking.

I use self-initiated projects to move from observation to research, system design and something tangible enough to test.

01Consumer product

L’Assiet

A meal-planning product designed around real life—not calorie counting or another system people have to maintain.

Problem

Repeated meal decisions create cognitive load, while many existing tools ignore culture, household routines and how people actually eat.

What I built

Product strategy, positioning, brand direction, user flows, meal-planning logic, recipe and content architecture, and an initial route to market.

Styling platform

A personal styling and wardrobe system that begins with the real person, the clothes they own and the life they live.

Problem

People own clothes but still struggle to see what works together, what works on them and what is genuinely worth adding.

What I built

A structured workflow from personal context and style direction to complete looks, capsule recommendations, a visual plan and selective shopping support.

03Operational transformation

Innowear production system

A connected operating model for a traditional knitwear manufacturer—designed to preserve craftsmanship while making information travel with the garment.

Problem

Orders, measurements, yarn, plans, costing and production status are fragmented across paper, messages and people’s heads.

What I built

Mapped the end-to-end workflow from customer order to delivery, then designed a proposed digital layer for product data, inventory, costing, production tracking and shipping.
